Note also that most patients having undergone massive weight loss from bariatric surgery will have developed medical issues such as fungal infections related to the loose abdominal and will therefore qualify for coverage under the Medicare Schedule Number 30177 which should allow hospital related costs to be covered in full.
Uninsured patients may also undertake abdominoplasty at a reduced price however overall fees will end up about double in total.
